The JOB!

We are looking for a Carer Recruiter to work alongside an existing recruiter in an existing team- OzChild has run the program for nearly 12 months in Toowoomba so we already have some amazing carers. We need you to continue this great start and develop an even larger pool of quality carers across the Toowoomba area

Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) is an internationally-proven program that intervenes with children in residential care whose behaviour makes it difficult to sustain placements. This program has demonstrated success in transforming children's behaviour, making it possible for children to settle into a stable family environment.


  • Carer Support and assessment
  • Recruitment of foster carers
  • Work closely with marketing
  • Field carer queries by phone
  • Present and deliver TFCO information sessions
  • Ensure training plans are in place also learning and development
  • Assess the foster carers by conducting assessments and identify potential placements for new carers
  • Ensure relevant paperwork and administrative work is up to standard for reporting
  • Compliancy and risk mitigation as well as program development in TFCO
  • Take all enquiries from new carers and potential carers
