Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) is an internationally-proven program that intervenes with children in residential care whose behaviour makes it difficult to sustain placements. This program has demonstrated success in transforming children's behaviour, making it possible for children to settle into a stable family environment.
- Carer training and assessment
- Recruitment of foster carers
- Present and deliver TFCO information sessions
- Assess the foster carers by conducting assessments and identify potential placements for new carers
- Take all enquiries from new carers and potential carers
To provide training and assessment in line with the Department the successful applicant is required to have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
